This will have contributed to your reputation as a leading technical expert in geotechnical investigations, modelling and soil interaction, both locally and abroad, and have been key to your successful leadership of large scale infrastructure projects for leading consultancies.
In addition to your technical brilliance, this role demands: A Tactical and Diplomatic mind; Demonstrated negotiation skills at Senior Management and Board level; Confidence to contradict current plans and thinking, and push forward with justified views. To successfully attract candidates of this calibre, sign-off has been given to go above market rates, and also offer flexibility usually reserved for senior management. Minimum of 7 years local Geotechnical Engineering experience preferred.
