Alpha Recruitment is seeking a driven Senior Human Resources Advisor who is a strong relationship builder. This position is located in Wellington central with a public sector organisation. This position has no direct reports.
You will be working with great people who love what they do. This is a great opportunity for a very experienced Human Resources Advisor looking for the next step up. You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have: At least three years previous experience working as a Human Resources Advisor End to end HR generalist experience Previous ER experience and a strong understanding of employment legislation At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite Excellent relationship building skills Strong verbal and written communication skills This is a six months fixed term position.
