About the role We are looking for a Senior Investigator to join the Compliance team within the Legal, Monitoring and Compliance group. We will also consider outstanding candidates who aren't quite at the senior level who we can develop in the flow of work. You will contribute by working alongside your colleagues, collectively responsible for monitoring, investigating and enforcing compliance with the Code, the Electricity Industry Act and various regulations.

The role has a proactive approach to work in a collaborative way with the sector whilst we carry out these responsibilities. Our work is varied and diverse, with opportunities to drive change across the electricity sector to improve the lives of New Zealanders. You can expect to deal with a wide range of participant types on interesting matters including market operation and activities, grid assets, reconciliation, information management and participant audits.
