Ko t mtou mahi - Our Role We are currently recruiting for a Senior Management Accountant based in our Wellington office. To be successful in this role you will be able to build strong relationships with our business groups in order to meet their financial needs. You will have the ability to provide expert counsel, support and the experience to challenge our Business Managers.
You will be confident working alongside the relevant Business Partners, and add value in management decisions and show initiative when making and driving improvements on performance. The Strategy, Finance and Policy Group supports Kainga Ora to understand its strategic context and drivers, and influences the organisation's key settings. It articulates the organisation's direction in line with the outcomes it is trying to achieve.
The Group also provides the oversight, management and assurance functions around the organisation's finances and financial practices, budgeting processes to support operational delivery and manages funding and financing activities.
