We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer - Middleware who can work closely with the Team Leader Systems and other team members to provide high-quality support and solutions for our middleware space. This role is Wellington based and offers a generous salary package.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for: Monitoring and resolving issues in multiple environments Creating and building new environments as required Providing operational input to the CI Servers and design of CI solutions Supporting the transition from on-prem to cloud infrastructure Liaising with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth delivery of services Analysing key business requirements and delivering appropriate solutions within timeframes and dependencies Developing and maintaining technical documentation and standards To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 5 years of relevant technical experience in middleware and application administration, especially in JBoss, Tomcat, Docker and Pivotal applications Strong skills in managing Windows and Linux server operating systems and virtualisation technologies Excellent skills in technical writing and communication A relevant Work Visa, New Zealand Residency/Permanent Residency or Citizenship A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow What's in it for you?
