M te tnga | About the role The Senior Project Manager role is a critical part of building our Project Management capability within Oranga Tamariki.
This role reports to the newly established Project Management Practice Lead and will be a key part of establishing our new Project Management Practice. Ng pmanawatanga u | What you will bring Key requirements of the role include: Establishing excellent working relationships with the business and key stakeholders Develop and maintain up-to-date view of project management artefacts and hygiene factors for the initiative Developing solutions in a cost effective way which addresses the business need Scoping and estimating initiatives and managing the project to established milestones Ensuring monthly reporting is completed on time and to the required standard Financial reporting for the initiative is maintained and monitored in accordance with organisational requirements and policies Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Mori, and Pacific peoples' culture Nu te rourou | What's in it for you Oranga Tamariki offer an impartial remuneration package, that offers progression annually for experience through tenure. Annual remuneration for this position starts between $125,926 and $139,459 dependent on experience.
