The NZ engineering team works closely with our US team on Zip's US merchant products. We use microservices, domain-driven design and event-driven architectures to ensure scalability and performance as we grow, and all this presents some fascinating engineering problems for our squads to solve.
As a Senior Software Engineer in our US Merchants team, your purpose is to develop and deploy high quality software, as part of your product squad. You'll work with your team on the merchant experience, liaising with cross-functional teams and departments. We are seeking two experienced software engineers to become part of our team.
While both positions involve full-stack responsibilities, one will have a slightly greater emphasis on front-end development, while the other will lean slightly more towards back-end expertise.
