The Role As a Senior UX/UI Designer, designing beautiful experiences that meet the needs of real people will attract you to this role. You will be dedicated to enhancing our market leading software suite, enabling users to better understand subsurface behaviour as they design and maintain our world's infrastructure.

Our goal is to build products that our customers love, through empowered product teams, who have shared responsibility to discover and build user-centered solutions together. This means you will be collaborating with Product and Engineering to interview customers together, map the opportunity space together, generate and choose solutions together and iteratively test and develop solutions together. Your expertise in human-centered design, coupled with a blend of UX and UI skills, will be key in crafting visually stunning and functional interfaces.
