No day is the same, you will enjoy problem solving and ensuring our are team is well supported and customers are looked after in a timely manner. Equans NZ is looking for a passionate and motivated Service Coordinator to provide support and ensure day to day operations are completed in an efficient and productive manner.

Our team are passionate about Mechanical services and take pride in the quality of their work and exceptional customer service. You will be instrumental in delivering the highest level of service to both internal and external customers providing administrative, scheduling, invoicing and other administrative support as necessary. Our ideal candidate has a strong focus on customer relationships and enjoys working both autonomously and with others to meet objectives.

Main responsibilities: Professionally answer inbound phone calls and answer queries, take messages or direct calls as appropriate, with a high level of customer service Provide an integral link in the delivery of routine and non-routine maintenance services to customers Schedule and coordinate trade personnel in response to customer requirements Perform data entry duties into our ERP (Pronto Xi) Collate, manage, prepare and vet jobs for invoicing Assist with the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, reports, presentations and/or publications Build relationships with our local and key accounts to ensure the best customer service is provided The role requirements include: Minimum of 2 years experience in the same or similar role Previous Pronto experience would be an advantage Outstanding communication skills Proven aptitude for managing competing priorities with successful deliverables Advanced to intermediate MS Office skills particularly Excel Previous experience in a call centre/service delivery preferred High level of accuracy About Us Equans is part of a global, technical services leader.
