We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator/ Client Services Manager to join our highly skilled and committed Homecare team. This is a Fixed Term position based out of our Christchurch office, beginning early/mid February till end April. We are open to people looking for Full Time (40 hours) as well as Part Time hours.
This role forms part of a committed multidisciplinary team that provides oversight and coordination to teams of staff who deliver services to our clients in the community. These range from home and personal care support to full nursing care for complex long-term clients. Drawing from your already proven leadership and management skills, you will be the face of Healthvision for your identified region of responsibility.
You will actively embody the Healthvision values, vision, and purpose in all you do. This is a busy role and requires some travel both in your regions and to Head Office as and when required. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage the day-to-day service delivery operations, ensuring service users receive support while maintaining excellent relationships with staff and funders.
Key responsibilities: Matching and rostering of support workers with clients Involvement in the recruitment and retention process of support workers including performance feedback, education, and training. Relationship-building with clients and promotion of the Healthvision brand Providing support with new referrals including home visits, preparing all relevant documentation and maintaining accurate records on the client management systems(Connect) Liaise with internal staff e.g.
Registered Health Professionals to support service delivery Undertake any activities to support the CSMs that enables effective, proactive, responsive service delivery Involvement in the recruitment and retention process of support workers including performance feedback, education, and training Health and Safety assessments of client homes A can-do attitude and motivation to deliver outstanding service is essential to this role in addition to being able to negotiate competing demands. The ideal candidate needs to be flexible, fun and motivated in supporting people to make positive changes in their lives. Strong emphasis is placed in building sustainable relationships with stakeholders and their families.

Training and comprehensive induction/orientation will be provided. Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector Formal healthcare qualifications e.g.
Level 4 equivalent would be preferred Management experience is required (Coordinator or above level) with proven scheduling and coordination skills Experience in complex/high volume rostering Computer literate Sound verbal and written.
