You will have the opportunity to build on your leadership skills through the Foodstuffs leadership training program. Responsibilities will include: Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered to our valued customers Managing the day to day running of the Service Deli Food planning, preparation, production and presentation Meeting key KPIs Inventory control and management Maintaining our high standards of Food Safety and Health & Safety Ordering stock and liaising with suppliers Ensuring highest standards of merchandising are achieved To be a good fit for this role you will have: Proven leadership skills to lead a passionate and driven team Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of people High levels of integrity and honesty A background in food production and cooking, as we make an extensive range of in-house products Competency using computer programs SAP experience is ideal Fantastic organisational, presentation and planning skills Hours: This role is a full-time permanent position of 40-45 hours. Days and hours will be discussed in the interview.
It will include one weekend day.
