Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace. They are currently seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join their People & Culture team on a fixed-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for administration and data analytics to contribute to the efficient functioning of our client's HR operations.

Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team Assist in the implementation and operation of a new HR system Utilise data analytics skills to support decision-making processes Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate records and documentation The ideal applicant: Previous experience in administration, with a focus on data analytics Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel and Word Experience with HRIS or Recruitment systems is advantageous Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication skills, both written and verbal What is on offer: Salary in the range of $65,000 - $70,000 per annum Full-time fixed-term contract for a duration of 6 months Opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive People & Culture team Professional development and learning opportunities Wiri location How to Apply: If you meet the above requirements please apply online with your current CV.
