Permanent, Part-time 40 hours per fortnight (0.5 FTE) Please note: We support our customers around the clock, 365 days a year - this role may include evening hours during the week and on weekends, so you may be required to work weekends, evenings and public holidays. We are looking for reliable, highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

The positions are located at the Corporate Building in McLeod Street, Hastings. As a Service Desk Analyst, you play a crucial role in handling external / internal calls to the hospital, managing critical alarms and responding to emergencies. We are looking for a qualified or self-taught technology guru: Self-motivated, wanting to upskill themselves and learn something different every day.

Learn new technology on the go, while utilizing your current skill sets. Be able to talk to customers from all walks of life while working through a wide range of technological faults, or requests. Be a flexible and friendly team member.

Passionate for what you do Be prepared to make quick decisions Willingness to learn and best of all have fun doing it Technically you will ideally know/have: Relevant tooling knowledge in some of these areas is required; Networking, MS Exchange, Active Directory, Messaging, Citrix, Microsoft Teams and Windows environment (such as Office365 and other similar products).

Knowledge in SLA standards and adherence to contractual obligations. Experience with alert monitoring and managing of P1/P2 incidents across multiple teams. Ability to manage devices (Laptops, mobile phones, tablets).

Be comfortable creating and updating knowledge base. 3 years' experience in a customer service environment such as experience in a call centre / IT service desk is required. Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred).
