Key responsibilities Service delivery: Ensure the delivery of high-quality services, meeting targets and maintaining performance. Incident management: Take charge of incident management, handling critical incidents and requests.
Team management: Lead a team of professionals, creating a positive and productive work environment. Process improvement: Identify enhancements to service delivery processes and work towards reducing service incidents. Stakeholder engagement: Work with business stakeholders to establish robust support services for new systems.
Your skills A strong focus on service delivery and improvement. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships. Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
