Service Desk role: Hours of work: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 12pm - 8pm This exciting and dynamic role is a perfect fit for someone who understands the value of exceptional customer service.
As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll be stationed at our in-store service desk, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service possible. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries and providing advice to processing returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers. You'll also support our Loss Prevention team by assisting with security measures and ensuring the safety of our store.
Also, you'll be able to help supervise and support the Checkout area as needed, making sure that all transactions run smoothly and efficiently. We're looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. In that case, we want to hear from you Sales Support 2IC role: Hours of work: Sunday 1pm - 8:30pm, Monday 7:30am - 4pm We seek a self-motivated, enthusiastic Sales Support 2IC to assist the Sales Support Manager in leading and developing the team responsible for managing all customer-critical processes at the 'front of house'. You will also support back-of-house operations, ensuring internal audit requirements are met, and administration tasks are completed daily. Therefore, this role requires a strong customer focus and a passion for retail, contributing to a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting the Sales Support Manager in leading and coaching the team responsible for managing all customer-critical "Front End" processes, including checkouts, loss prevention, and administration/cashier duties. Leading MarketClub acquisition - ensuring customers are being assisted in gaining the best value through our MarketClub deals. Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
