Description: The Role: PlaceMakers Mt Wellington continuously strives for excellence when it comes to our customers and the service we provide, as a result we are looking for a sale driven, Customer service Specialist to work within our large showroom. Manage a business within a business and really take ownership of a department within the showroom. You'll get to know your customers and the projects that they are working on, while providing expert advice on our power tool range and other building materials.
There will be plenty of variety as you'll be engaging primarily with our trade customers and developing a good base knowledge of building products and the broader industry. This is a full-time permanent role, working 5 days a week, which will include a Saturday or Sunday. About You: We are looking for a customer focused person with a real drive to learn and grow.
Do you have experience or a passion for power tools, whether that's from DIY projects at home or working in a similar role previously? You demonstrate a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, energy, and ability to thrive as part of a high performing team. You're flexible, willing to learn and go the extra mile for your customers and team mates as well as building long lasting customer relationships. Have a positive attitude and work well on your own as well as in a strong team environment.
