M te Tranga | About the role We have an opening for an outstanding Pega Professional to join our Engineering development chapter, working in our Customer Intelligence Platform whom work across ASB Bank to drive automation in a variety of initiatives and specialist software including Pega, Blue Prism and form a world-class automation community.

Our Pega Engineers are transforming how we execute process across ASB. They do this by helping us get to grips with business requirements, providing high-level solution design, and guiding the LBAs and customer experts to capture their requirements, process steps, objectives, and effort estimates. They interact with other engineers through an Agile delivery approach working closely with our architects and the business to prototype or implement automation solutions aiming to maximise value for our staff and customers.

If this sounds like you and something you want to be a part of keep reading pkenga | About you You're coming from a Pega background, and we're looking for CLSA (or very experienced CSSA) certified candidates with a minimum of 8 years' experience in designing solutions using the latest versions of Pega and designing high performing applications. In depth experience in the Pega frameworks and previous experience in regulatory and large-scale delivery environment. Your deep Pega knowledge will make you a whiz at working through reference architecture, designing frameworks, implementing design governance, and tackling complex items including integration.

We're also interested in candidates with a similar level of experience on alternate solutions like Appian, IBM (Lombardi) who are interested in changing career paths. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to participate in design sessions, lead teams, write design documents and tailor your communication style to business and technical audiences. You'll be passionate about sharing your BPM knowledge with other Pega Engineers to build their skills and capability across the Pega Practice and Development Chapter.
