On their behalf, I am delighted to present this maternity contract Store Manager role to market Their Avondale branch is searching for an absolute superstar to step into this role for a year with room to join the business on a permanent basis once the contract is complete. This role will appeal to an experienced manager with a genuine hands-on approach.

About the role: Maintaining relationships with key clients Preparing promotional materials and displays Maximising sales to meet monthly sales budgets, ensuring all follow-ups are actioned Completing monthly branch reports Working closely with the store Trade Manager Ensuring all administrative tasks such as daily emails, monthly bills payable, and goods receivable are actioned in a timely manner About you: You have at least 2 3 years experience as a 2IC, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager Ideally, you have an interest in the building materials/construction space You are the type of person who will move heaven and earth to ensure 100% customer satisfaction You are physically fit and able to help out with lifting or loading from time to time You are a lead from the front type of manager you love to get stuck in with the team and do the mahi You must be available to work a Tuesday Saturday roster Benefits: On offer is a competitive salary within a New Zealand-owned company that offers a stable and fun team environment.
