Our Store Support Team are looking for an Operations Administrator to join the team. This is a great time to join Farmers as you will find yourself working on challenging and exciting projects. We are anticipating larger business initiatives to be tackled over the next couple of years, and we need your expertise Reporting to the Store Support Process Manager, this is a hands-on role for someone looking to utilise their strong planning, organisation and administrative skills to support stores on a daily basis.
The main functions of the role will include: Administration of store stock claims Gift Card Support (dealing with customer and store queries) Shelf Edge Label Support for stores Administration (back office) support for stores Assisting the stores with Customer Sales Orders (CSO), stocktakes and store receiving Assisting with new store openings Reporting What you will bring: Good communication skills - both verbal and written Proven organisation and planning skills - ability to prioritise and complete numerous tasks in a timely manner Sound problem solving and analytical skills - ability to interpret data, identify trends and propose solutions Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Word SAP knowledge Sound decision making skills Prior stocktake experience and experience working with retail POS systems is beneficial We have a lot to offer: You'll get to work on exciting front-line business projects that have wide ranging impact to our business and customers.
