The Opportunity You will be responsible for timely resolution of incidents, providing Level 2 Support to resolve user and system issues from our predominately Microsoft Technologies, Networking and farming applications. There may also be the chance to get out of the office and onto a farm.

Key responsibilities include: Providing excellent and timely customer service via phone, email and online tech requests. Receiving, recording and resolving issues escalated to level 2 from the service desk providing updates to the service desk and end user. System Administration and configuration (Teams, SharePoint, Intune etc) Finding ways for our Farmers to take advantage of technology About You You will be an experienced Support Engineer, either Level 1 looking to step up to Level 2, or experienced in Level 2 support.

You will also have: Previous experience providing IT customer service and support to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Proven communication skills, with the ability to speak to a variety of customers who aren't technically minded. The ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively and work autonomously.
