Job Title: Support Officer Role type: Fixed term to 30 June 2024 Location: Wellington Salary range: $57,559 to $76,464 depending on skills and experience Krero m te Tranga - About the Role Work as part of a close-knit team you will be responsible for business support to the Fisheries New Zealand Business Unit. You will support the smooth running of the business unit: Provide administration and logistical support Assist and ensure staff have the IT equipment they need to do their job Book meetings, source rooms, book domestic travel (via our travel agent) Receive and process invoices and mail Mu - About You You are agile and adaptable, someone who thrives in a complex and sometimes ambiguous environment. You are: a team player who is strong on administration and business support systems and processes someone who has an exceptional customer experience in every interaction teach savvy with high level ability within the MS Suite and sound secretariat skills You do not need to meet all of the role requirements to apply.
