The primary purpose of the Tax and Law Technical Learning Program Manager is to lead the development and implementation of technical learning programs for the Oceania Tax and Law service line.
This role works closely with business stakeholders and the Tax & Law Talent Development Leader to identify knowledge and skill capability gaps, and designs and delivers engaging, relevant, and timely learning experiences so our people can achieve their potential and make a difference for our clients, our business, and our communities. The scope of the role includes collaborating with the Leaders across business to identify learning needs with a view to bringing best practices into the Tax and Law service line. The role covers technical learning for Graduates through to Partners.
Responsibilities Partnering with our Oceania Tax and Law Talent Development Leader to execute on learning agenda. Building close working relationships with senior business stakeholders and Talent Executive colleagues with a view to advising on best practice learning methodologies. Leverage existing learning Global and cross service line content.
Contribute to the design and delivery of the Tax Schools (Graduate, Senior Consultant, Manager & New Senior Manager) to ensure an effective and engaging experience for all learners. Learning and development expertise capability across the essential elements of needs analysis, design, implementation, facilitation, and evaluation. Strong commercial acumen and business awareness. Succinct communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels.
Experience in professional services organisation. Ability to engage and influence others, with good change management skills and a desire to act as a change champion. Strong team focus with ability to coordinate and work as one team in a virtual environment.
