This mahi will improve the health and wellbeing of everyone in Aotearoa, and we've got an opportunity for you to be part of it Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity We have an important role in supporting the Crown in its relationships with Mori under Te Tiriti o Waitangi | The Treaty of Waitangi. The government is committed to improving services and outcomes for Mori and strengthening the Crown's relationships with Mori.

We are responsible for designing community-based systems of care, agreeing health and wellbeing plans, executing those plans, and monitoring outcomes which then feed into the design process. We work in partnership with our Te Whatu Ora and Te Aka Whai Ora colleagues to shape system-wide public health services across the motu. The purpose of the Team Administrator role is to provide day to day administration support to our Northern regional team.

To ensure the team has administrative support and work is delivered on time and to a high standard. This role is based in the Northern Region, which is made up of Northland, Waitemat, Auckland and Counties Manukau. You will need to be based in the region.

Advanced skills in the MS Office Suite. Excellent organisational skills along with the ability to think ahead, use initiative, establish priorities, and meet deadlines whilst preserving the highest levels of accuracy and confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and the capacity to manage relationships at all levels, including with senior Ministry officials and with health sector leaders.
