We are building our candidate Team Administrator and Team Coordinator talent pool Join Beyond Recruitment and explore exciting temporary or permanent job opportunities throughout 2024. Wellington CBD, Porirua, and Hutt Valley locations Temporary, Fixed Term and Permanent positions $30.00 to $40.

Potential to network, meet new people and gain exposure to working with a variety of organisations around Wellington, Hutt Valley, and Porirua Some responsibilities will include: Support the team with administrative duties, ensuring they are prioritising key tasks Preparation of documentation, organisation of meetings, diary management, arranging travel, assisting with events and organising catering, and processing of invoices Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Skills and Experience Required Can do attitude, ability to problem solve and think on your feet Strong communication skills to ensure effective information flow and coordination Proven experience working in administrative based roles Exceptional organisation and preparation abilities Good verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail Strong experience using Microsoft Suite Applicants must be located in New Zealand and have a valid NZ work visa.
