About the role As a Provider Partnerships Team Leader support and maintain a sustainable health proposition for our members by leading the team who manage relationships with providers and their associated contracts. This will be a busy and varied role where you will assist in the development and implementation of provider contracting strategies and contracting models to achieve business objectives.
About the role: Assist in building a high performing team who proactively manages a contracting portfolio in line with legal and business Support the team to manage a contracting portfolio in line with legal and business requirements including assisting in the preparation of any contract documentation and system updates. Collaborate cross-functionally to make sound customer-informed decisions Develop and maintain long term provider relationships, whilst supporting the team in the identification and management of outlier providers Assist in the development and implementation of provider contracting strategies and contracting models to achieve business objectives About you: Tertiary Qualification or equivalent body of knowledge and experience (ideally in the healthcare industry). Strong people leadership skills Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills Proven expertise in managing external relationships A valid New Zealand drivers licence is required Ngkau nui.
