They need a full-time administrator to join the team until August 2024. This role would be office based and you would be located in Epsom.

The role would be Monday to Friday and the work hours would be between 7:30 am 4:30 pm with a little flexibility on start and finish times. You will be joining a fantastic team, so if you have a Medical Administration background we would like to hear from you If you have used MOSAIQ as an electronic patient medical record system this would be a major bonus As a Medical Administrator, some of your key areas of responsibility will include: Answer all incoming queries and questions to the clinic To assist in ensuring data and patient records, both electronic and paper, are kept securely and confidentially at all times Reception -to be the point of contact for patients, family, and internal and external personnel as required Booking, confirming, and coordinating patient appointments Respond to emails that come to the shared inbox To be successful in this role: Previous experience in a Medical Administrator role Ability to achieve accuracy and maintain attention to detail Solid MS Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook A high level of accuracy and attention to detail Effective communication written and verbal Ability to meet deadlines and work unsupervised Sound organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills What's in it for you?
