Brand-new contract Brand new 13-floor apartment building Brand new challenge managing a 75-apartment complex in Wellington CBD If you are an experienced tenancy manager or property manager wanting to grow your career in the New Year read on This is a ONE-OF-A-KIND role that will require the use of your tenancy management skills to work alongside a diverse range of clients with varying needs. As our SUPER STAR TENANCY MANAGER ON-SITE, you will work closely with our partner agencies who will provide support services to residents within the apartments. You will work in collaboration with our wider partners and be part of a good support network of Tenancy Managers and external stakeholders completing the sign-up process with clients into homes and rooms.

This role will see you carrying out property inspections, managing tenant' financial contributions, managing turnovers, setting up properties and working in partnership to achieve the desired results, all while upholding and promoting the Emerge Aotearoa's values and vision. Permanent full-time role| Monday - Friday with no weekends Wellington CBD based| Reduce daily commute and use public transport with a stop right outside the building Career growth potential| Supportive Tenancy Team Leaders and National Tenancy Operations Manager to guide you on your journey Typical duties may include: Scheduling proactive and reactive maintenance of properties, including carrying out direct inspections or organising the inspection of properties Ensuring that properties are maintained in good order and meet the property standards for social Housing Liaising with private landlords and housing New Zealand to ensure that repairs and maintenance are carried out in and effective and timely manner Ensuring the provision of a cost-effective maintenance response for all Social Housing properties Attending to all maintenance related issues matters in a timely manner Addressing tenant intentional damage and recovery for Social Housing properties He krero mu | About You You will have knowledge and experience within the housing sector and/or property management or have transferable skills from similar roles/industries. You should be somebody who enjoys working creatively, autonomously and work effectively in an interdisciplinary team being able to communicate easily with a variety of people.

You will need to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure and really encourage our clients along their journey. You'll naturally be a problem solver, quick thinker and enjoy connecti.
