The Opportunity The Store in Britomart is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join the team Ideally, you will have at least 1 year experience in a management role in a high volume venue, a fantastic attitude with exceptional care and understanding for the overall customer experience, the right to work in New Zealand and a current LCQ and managers certificate or the eligibility to get one. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is essential. In this role you will be responsible for: Day to day operations of the venue including staff performance, customer experience, and quality of offerings at all times Legal compliance of the venue in particular to the Sale of Alcohol Act 2012 Assisting with events, group bookings and catering orders Financial management ensuring costs (labour and goods) are well managed Assist with the training and development of junior team members Maintaining venue standards and presentation at all times The Benefits When you join Savor Group you are joining a company that values you.
