Scott & Ricketts Mitre 10 is a locally owned family business operating as Mitre 10 MEGA in Hawkes Bay. With stores in Napier & Hastings, we are a leading supplier to the Trade. Reporting to the Trade Sales Manager, you will be part of a dynamic Trade Sales team responsible for providing solutions to our customers from foundation to fence line.

We are looking for someone to partner with our customers, provide outstanding customer service, identify further growth opportunities and become a trusted advisor to the trade. Applying sound commercial acumen, you will be able to recognise and prioritise business opportunities and understand networking and relationship building. As an experienced Account Manager, you will have the ability to influence in a highly competitive market by using exceptional relationship building and negotiation skills, which will contribute to a substantial growth in market share.

Youre optimistic and professional attitude will enable you to quickly build rapport and your strong interpersonal skills will assist you in maintaining and developing customer bases. You must be able to demonstrate excellent time management with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing requirements. Experience in the building industry will be highly regarded; however, this should not deter ambitious, results-oriented applicants with a broad account management background in an associated or similar industry.
