As the face of our Trade/Building Supplies business, the successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and expanding our Trade business within the broader Whangarei/Northland market.
This position involves maintaining relationships with existing clients as well as acquiring new ones. This role would be an excellent opportunity for a result driven, self-motivated individual who can provide the highest level of customer service. Ideally this role is suited to someone with a sound working knowledge and experience in the building industry, strong business to business sales, as well as a desire to be the best in their field.
To be considered for this role you must have/ be: A proven sales record within the building, construction, or related industry Excellent customer focus and relationship building track record Strong commercial acumen Pricing and quoting experience Effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to think ahead and offer innovative solutions Strong sales process understanding Action orientated with the ability to work independently Attention to detail and effective planning Reporting directly to the Trade Manager your core focus will be: Driving sales and gross profit within Trade and Commercial business accounts Promoting and growing new customer relationships.
