We are seeking someone with a genuine interest in traffic engineering and a willingness to learn and apply knowledge.

Traffic Engineering are responsible for improving safety and operations for all road users, responding to traffic related enquiries and providing traffic engineering input into larger projects in the Auckland area. Use your traffic engineering skills to deliver a safe, sustainable and integrated traffic and transportation network to optimise network performance. Some of the duties as a Traffic Engineering Technician Investigate and respond to customer traffic issues Carry out site investigations and traffic surveys Prepare technical investigation reports Assisting traffic engineers with investigations and project briefs Supporting traffic engineers with project requirements Ko koe tnei | About you You will have sound communication skills and the ability to negotiate with our various stakeholders who come from all walks of life.

You'll be enthusiastic, passionate about making a difference and have a great team spirit.
