"Korero m te tranga| About the role We're looking for a Community Support Worker to join our integrated Adult Community Mental Health and Addiction service.
Your role will be pivotal in providing care to individuals dealing with severe mental illness and/or addiction in the Hawke's Bay community. M t mtou rp | About our team Our broader team is a dynamic mix of professionals, including Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Community Support Workers, and administrative personnel. We all share a common passion for supporting our community members who are dealing with severe mental health and addiction challenges.
We are dedicated to working collaboratively with individuals to empower their journey towards recovery. Our focus is on helping those living with conditions such as psychotic disorders, severe personality disorders, severe anxiety disorders, major depression, alcohol and substance abuse issues, and co-existing conditions. We are looking for someone who can join our rural treatment team in Wairoa.
You will work alongside our two dedicated nurses who provide secondary care services to the Wairoa community.
