Key Responsibilities: Assist in receiving and checking incoming shipments for accuracy and condition, reporting any discrepancies or damages to the warehouse supervisor. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup.Load and unload delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and storage guidelines. Conduct inventory checks and participate in stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and proficient manner (training will be provided if necessary).
Assist in the implementation of warehouse management systems and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily productivity targets and provide exceptional service levels. Perform other related duties as assigned or required to support the overall operations of the warehouse and logistics function.
