About the role Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will lead the day-to-day activities in the warehouse, manage the export containers, control finished goods and raw materials handling functions on site, with a particular emphasis on transport control and inventory management in the Warehouse. This role is based at our longstanding Kawerau site, in the Bay of Plenty. A community and surrounding areas that can offer affordable living options, not to mention the many outdoor adventure opportunities.
Our Kawerau site is equipped with modern and automated papermaking and converting technology. We have a culture of ongoing improvement in safety, the environment, product quality, reliability, and meeting customer expectations. What you will Do Drive excellence in safety practises in the warehouse Lead the day-to-day supervision of warehouse activities Record keeping of raw materials and finished goods Ensure good house-keeping practices throughout the warehouse Liaising with customer services and transport providers so that delivery times are stringently adhered to Ensure efficient communication and stock management Ensure MPI requirements are adhered to Manage the inwards goods process Manage the return to stock process for raw materials Develop and document sound inwards goods processes About You You want to be part of a dynamic team environment built on the foundations of authenticity, respect, and a passion for what you do.
