Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, including experience working with youth. Full driver's license and owning your own vehicle is essential. A desire to support people to learn new skills and achieve outcomes.

Somebody who has the initiative to push people for their goals, is energetic, outgoing, and can think outside the box. You need to be respectful of others thinking, and their way of living life that may be different to your own. Empathy, respect, and cultural awareness is important in this role as the people we support come from diverse backgrounds with varying needs and interests.
