The role will be in New Zealand and will be responsible for acting as the guardian and subject matter expert in everything Time & Attendance and Workforce Scheduling for the site. Work Conditions: Requires full time commitment Overtime maybe required Responsibilities: Provide support to the site leadership team as well as Team Leaders in Time & Attendance and Workforce Scheduling related matters. Educate and train Kronos users in the procedures and system.
Provide best practices and analytics on Time & Attendance processes. Provide Absenteeism & Leave analysis reporting as required. Be a subject matter expert in Time & Attendance and Kronos.
Be an enabler for Time & Attendance accuracy at a site level. Drive engagement from the site to ensure Time & Attendance timelines are met as well as accurate information is submitted. Provide visibility to leadership team on Time & Attendance critical metrics Provide support to Managers with Workforce Scheduling Perform Analysis reporting to key stakeholder on request Data collation and Analysis for Time & Attendance and Workforce Sched Work closely with GBS to contribute and help drive payroll accuracy.
Organize and facilitate regular trainings on Time & Attendance Identify trends and opportunities to improve our current processes. Work closely with GBS and HR team to explain issues and trends and to provide root cause analysis when required.
