Job description Join Our Team in Wellington as a Workforce Planning Coordinator/Scheduler Citycare Property, a proudly New Zealand-owned company, is on the hunt for a Workforce Planning Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Wellington. About the Role: As a Workforce Planning Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of scheduled maintenance activities and responsive work to support our busy building maintenance team. Some key responsibilities include: Scheduling of responsive maintenance to minimise disruption to the PPM programme Active maintenance of asset database and rounds incorporating any variations to contract Scheduling of responsive maintenance to minimise disruption to the PPM programme Build and maintain effective working relationships with existing and new clients Daily management of Citycare KPI's Reporting responsibilities as necessary to Auckland Council, i.
e. public toilet closures Attending and contributing to meetings with sub-contractors, including minute taking Liaise with sub-contractors and clients as necessary, including sound knowledge of their systems. What you'll bring: Experience in a similar role; data analysis and process mapping preferred High degree of accuracy, timeliness & attention to detail is essential.
