The Role Reporting to the Workplace Lead and sitting within a very experienced and highly supportive team of 5, as a Workplace Experience Coordinator you will be actively involved in event planning, crafting internal communications, attending to workplace requests, analysing occupancy data, and collaborating with Catering and Concierge across a small portfolio of corporate sites for a major financial institution - based on-site at their Auckland head office.
Additionally, this is an opportunity to think creatively and help the team to think up new ideas and initiatives to help improve the workplace and engage the workforce. Based in Auckland, New Zealand. Immediate start is available.
A typical day may involve: - Helping to deliver innovative and exciting employee experiences that drive engagement and build team culture. - Assisting with event planning and preparation for various on-site corporate functions, in collaboration with the Catering team. - Writing and distributing interesting and impactful communications to internal stakeholders.
- Responding to workplace requests relating to building operations, hospitality and office environment, along with all associated admin. - Analysing occupancy data and trends to help identify opportunities for cost saving and workplace improvements. - Ensuring records are kept up to date, including appropriate fire precautions and permits for visiting contractors.
- Maintaining the overall up-keep of a safe, clean and well-functioning workplace to ensure that all business operations can run like clockwork. - OPTIONAL - Collaborating with the Workplace Lead on new ideas, suggestions and innovative solutions to engage employees and improve their office experience in the best possible ways. Requirements - Experience in a similar Workplace, Facilities, Office Manager or Guest Relations role (ESSENTIAL) - Excellent writing skills for written communication (ESSENTIAL) - Experience in a large-scale environment (ESSENTIAL) - Excellent stakeholder management and a proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative attitude.
