YOUTH SUPPORT WORKER/S NELSON (Whakat) Full-time and Part-time Positions Available Are you interested in working alongside young people doing something meaningful? Then read on ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for support workers that are keen to make positive changes to the tamariki and rangatahi we support in our community. We are currently looking for experienced, calm and compassionate support workers within our Youth Service. It would be ideal if the candidate(s) had experience working alongside and building trust and understanding with young people.
The young people we support may experience significant obstacles in their lives, which at times is expressed in complex behaviours. This position may suit someone with a level 4 qualification or relevant experience. We will provide you with comprehensive training and support to get you up to speed, and with the right training you can earn up to $29.
