The Green List
The Green List currently comprises some 90 occupations, which are divided into Tier 1 and Tier 2 roles.
Only once the Job Check token is issued can the Accredited Employer Work Visa application be made.
This application will require personal details of the applicant, evidence of acceptable health and character, and documents which evidence the job applicant has the job credentials necessary to work in the offered role. The application also requires a copy of the signed employment offer and agreement.
Separate visa applications for any accompanying family members should also be prepared and lodged together with the main AEWV application.
An AEWV application takes 20-30 working days on average to process, and, on approval, a work visa of up to 3 years in duration will be issued.
Taking your first steps to becoming an Accredited Employer starts with contacting our partners at Pathways NZ. Yes, it’s easier on the pocket than going direct.
The Green List currently comprises some 90 occupations, which are divided into Tier 1 and Tier 2 roles.
