Responsibilities include: Provide medication support and recovery-focused care.
Empower independent daily living skills and goal achievement. Foster positive community connections and strong foundations. Work alongside Registered Health Professionals with a common purpose.
Manage your caseload with team support. The shift available is Friday to Monday 7:00am 3:30pm, across Wellington region and teams. You | Mu You must hold a current full drivers licence.
You must hold a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one on commencing employment if successful.
