With responsibility for our stores facilities in Marsden Point, Mount Maunganui and Stratford, you'll lead high-performing teams in a dynamic environment where operational excellence is non-negotiable. Our customers rely on precise feed blends tailored to their specific needs, making this role both challenging and deeply rewarding while delivering tailored solutions with maximum efficiency. Your Impact Leadership: Supervise and develop site-based logistics with teams across three locations, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Service Excellence: Ensure all customer orders are Delivered In Full, On Time, and In Specification (DIFOTIS) Strategic Planning: Optimi s e storage capacity, inventory management and stock movements to support business growth Quality Control: Maintain FeedSafe accreditation and oversee the manufacturing of blended products to precise specifications Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with transport providers, port representatives, regulatory bodies , contractors and customers Compliance: Ensure all operations meet industry regulations, with particular focus on MPI accreditation Health & Safety: Lead by example in creating and maintaining a zero-harm working environment What youll bring Proven experience in multi-site logistics and operations management Strong leadership skills with the ability to d rive high-performing teams Experience in inventory management and storage optimi s ation Understanding of quality control systems and regulatory compliance Commercial acumen and budget management capability A hands-on, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders Willingness to travel throughout New Zealand as required Why Nutrinza?
