Realistic sales targets and uncapped commission Auckland-based with ANZ travel required Outstanding benefits including health insurance for the family ABOUT THE ROLE Our flagship SaaS product, Jade Thirdeye, is at the forefront of our mission at Jade Software, enabling customers to detect and prevent financial crime. We are now seeking an Account Manager to strategically engage with our customers, grow those relationships and drive revenue.

You will have the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative, passionate and supportive team, contributing to the business strategy by working with marketing, and product teams to cultivate a high performing sales culture.

Your deep market expertise will enable you to deliver valuable insights, accurate forecasts, strategic budgets, and comprehensive business plans. This role also offers the opportunity to travel and build strong connections with customers across ANZ. Key Responsibilities Include; Own Client Relationships: Building strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers.

Develop a deep understanding of your customers challenges and goals to deliver value-driven outcomes. Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication, service reviews, and proactive problem solving, aiming to exceed client expectations and foster loyalty. Identify Growth Opportunities: Continuously look for opportunities; including upselling, cross-selling and introducing new offerings.

Drive Account Strategy: Develop and implement account plans with clear objectives, timelines, and growth targets aligned with client needs and Jades business goals. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets for the assigned accounts. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Regularly update sales forecasts and account status reports To view a Position Description for this role Position Description - click here ABOUT YOU A talented Account Manager you will have: 3 years in a SaaS based or Digital Technology Sales/ Account Management role in the FinTech/ Financial Crime/Financial Services industry.

Strong track record of managing client relationships, including handling multiple accounts simultaneously and achieving sales targets. Outstanding communication skills, ability to create and present engaging presentations and be a strong negotiator & adept at resolving client issues. Results oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends. Proficiency in go.
