Build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of clientele and provide specialist advice to assist with their needs. Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with our vision of being New Zealands most valued lubricants company. Identify, develop, and execute opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation across the business.
Ensure our service delivery meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. What You Bring to the Table Our ideal candidate will be skilled at building solid, longstanding relationships and will easily relate to a wide variety of people - from workshop managers to CEO's. Your communication skills, time management and call planning will be top notch and you will have a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers.
In addition to the above, we are looking for a candidate with: A proactive go-getter attitude and a passion for exploring new business opportunities to help grow the branch and our business. Familiarity with CRM tools, with an eagerness to use these to optimise the quality and efficiency of your work. Resilience, a can do attitude, and the ability to influence customer interactions into positive opportunities.
A customer advocacy mindset, with a strong focus on customer retention and growth. The ability to collaborate effectively with a team, and to work with a high degree of autonomy. You do not need to meet all of the role requirements to apply.
