We're growing and were looking for a confident, proactive Account Manager to join our decent Saless Team! This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent. Who are we? decent is a sustainable food packaging brand thats all about helping the planet. We create compostable packaging for cafes and the broader hospitality industry, making it easier for businesses to reduce their environmental impact.

What youll be doing: Hunting new business: Youll be on the road, spotting opportunities and pitching to new hospitality clients across your patch.

From cold calls to warm leads, you will explore every opportunity with enthusiasm and a proactive mindset. Growing existing accounts: You'll keep in regular contact with existing customers, uncovering ways to expand the relationship and introduce new products. Managing client needs: Youll be across everything from stock management and custom orders to admin and back-of-house support.

New products: Youll launch new products with confidence and ensure customers are kept in the loop with fresh offerings. Team player: Youll collaborate with the broader decent sales team, stepping in to support others and sharing insights to keep us one step ahead. Forecasting & supply: Youll stay on top of customer demand and work closely with supply planning to make sure everyone gets what they need, when they need it.

What were looking for: A confident, well-presented and personable sales pro who thrives in a fast-paced, creative space. Excellent communication skills. A genuine relationship manager someone who can nurture accounts and build long lasting relationships.

A self-starter who knows how to roll up their sleeves, take initiative, and make things happen. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage the admin side of things (stock orders, payment follow-ups, forecasts) as well as being out on the road generating new client business. Ideally, some experience working in or selling into hospitality or F&B but were open to the right attitude above all.
