We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Wellington , where youll play a key role in ensuring our customers achieve long-term success with our solutions.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, nurturing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Youll act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellence while proactively addressing challenges before they become issues. This role reports to the Regional Services Director and does not have people management responsibilities.
A day in your role: Own and grow customer relationships Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and successful outcomes. Drive customer success Work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and support. Manage escalations proactively Address concerns swiftly to maintain strong customer relationships.
Lead service reviews Coordinate regular meetings with customers and internal teams to track progress and improvements. Identify and pursue growth opportunities Expand customer revenue by introducing relevant products and services. Manage commercial agreements Navigate contracts and negotiations with support from our legal team.
Provide valuable insights Share customer feedback with Product teams to drive improvements. Forecast and track key metrics Maintain quarterly account plans and strategies to support business objectives. Your skills, experience and beyond: Experience in SaaS solutions Strong understanding of software delivery, maintenance, and support services.
Consultative approach Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to build lasting business relationships. Commercial and contractual knowledge Comfortable working through agreements with legal support. Excellent communication skills Able to listen, understand, and articulate complex challenges with clarity.
Executive-level engagement Proven experience working with senior business leaders (GM, CEO, CIO, CFO, Dept. Heads, etc.).
