This role is one of the leads within the Finance and Administration team, to support the region in attaining its business objectives and ensure continued future success. You'll be responsible for working with all levels of management to support them with their finance and administration requirements. In addition to the above you will: Monitor, review and report on financial performance Help embed our new finance system both within the finance function and at the operational level.

Assist with the development of accurate operational and capital budgets and forecasts. Assist the Finance Manager in contributing to business planning and supporting the development of new business strategies Analyse and interpret trends and provide proactive financial, accounting and administration advice to the business. Manage and develop the wider accounting team, including our graduate accountants, via delivery of training and mentoring where required.

Lead improvements and initiatives to enable efficient and effective processes, systems and procedures including training on management reporting tools and processes. Work with the business to develop business cases to support capital investment. Further develop reporting on sustainability initiatives To be successful in this role, you will have: A relevant tertiary qualification.

CA or CPA qualified, or working toward such as qualification. 5 years of management accountant experience. Commercial awareness and financial acumen with the ability to balance strategic and operational activities.

Strong analytical skills and ability to review and critique financial information. Time management skills with the ability to work under pressure, be proactive and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. A strong team-focus and the ability to coach, guide, develop and lead effectively.

Experience implementing and leading process improvements. Strong stakeholders focus and ability to communicate professionally and effectively at various levels, building strong relationships both externally and internally You will be a supportive and collaborative leader with a passion for developing and growing talent.
