They are looking for a Systems Accountant to join their team into a newly created position on a contract basis which has come about due to massive growth operationally and structural change.

The Role We're seeking a skilled and solutions-focused Accounting Systems and Process Analyst to join our client's team on a contract. Reporting into the Financial Controller, this is a pivotal role aimed at strengthening internal financial systems, improving accounting processes, and supporting the efficient and transparent management of resources across the organisation. You will be required to; Analyse and evaluate current financial systems, tools, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with the finance team and other stakeholders to streamline accounting workflows. Support the implementation and optimisation of accounting software and digital tools. Develop and maintain process documentation, policies, and reporting frameworks.

Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. Ensure systems align with compliance, audit, and reporting requirements. Skills & Experience My client is looking for an individual with the following attributes: Previous experience with SAP or SAP B1.

Strong analytical ability and the ability to provide insights into what the reports mean to the business An ability to communicate effectively to finance and non-finance people Experience in financial systems analysis and process improvement. Strong problem-solving, process improvement and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to the environment.
