Job Description Are you looking to kickstart your career in accounting or finance? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our friendly and supportive Occupier Services team in the heart of Wellington. Our Occupier Services Division supports some of New Zealands most recognisable brands, commercial organisations, and government agencies with their property and financial operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your career with a leading international property brand.

The value you'll add As part of our team, youll be supported to learn and grow while contributing to key accounting and administrative tasks, including: Supporting accounts payable and receivable functions in a high volume and fast paced environment Assisting with invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and payment allocations Helping with monthly financial reporting and reconciliations Ensuring accurate data entry into financial systems Providing professional and timely support to internal teams and clients Learning and using accounting software and tools.
