About the role: Were currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our dedicated high performing Finance Team. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable processes. Youll be responsible for processing invoices and credit notes, reconciling supplier accounts, and resolving queries, all while contributing to the financial integrity and operational efficiency of ECL Group.

Accurate and timely processing of accounts payable invoices and credit notes Monthly reconciliations of supplier statements Preparation and processing of regular AP payment runs Weekly reconciliation of staff expenses and company VISA accounts Assisting with cashflow and financial reporting Providing general support to the wider finance team as required About You Minimum of 5 years experience in accounts payable.
Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and best practices Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to question, analyse and interpret financial data with confidence We know that great people dont always fit into neat checklists.
